Monolite 02

Multi-colored resin panels are put together to create a monolithic but visually light furniture in which the colored translucency, shades, and finishes of the material are the defining features almost as if the object isn’t formed by its dimensions nor its build. The operation was therefore to “remove” the shape of the object, which is no longer defined by its geometry, but rather by the material. The utopia to which the result tends is that of having evanescent monoliths.
